Firm Introduction
A modern, fully virtual firm providing strategic counsel to El Paso businesses and to Texas business clients statewide. Precision from the first call to the final signature.
Meet Your Attorney
Reem Ali is the founding attorney of RMA Law Group and a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso. She earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and her LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
Before opening her own practice, Reem worked at a Big 4 accounting firm and at a global law firm on sophisticated tax and corporate matters. That background shapes how she structures every business she advises: entity selection, ownership terms, and deal structure are evaluated for their tax consequences at the outset, not reconsidered later at filing season.
Clients work directly with Reem throughout the engagement. From the initial consultation through final execution, she remains personally involved and familiar with the legal, tax, and practical considerations affecting the business.

RMA Law Group combines technical depth with direct, practical counsel for closely held businesses and their owners. The practice is rooted in El Paso and serves business clients throughout Texas.
Formation, ownership, and transaction decisions are evaluated with their legal and tax consequences in view from the outset.
Clients work directly with Reem throughout the engagement, with personal attorney involvement from the first conversation through final execution.
Advice and documents are built around the company, its owners, and its objectives, not a one size fits all template.
Business planning can be coordinated with succession and estate planning so ownership, governance, and long term transfer goals work together.
